Alzheimer's Support Group at GracePointe Crossing
GracePointe Crossing, in partnership with Cambridge ACT on Alzheimer's, offers a monthly in-person support group for caregivers, families, and friends who have been touched by Alzheimer's or other dementias. Meetings provide education, resources and support.
The group is held every 3rd Monday (monthly) from 10:00 - 11:00am at the Heritage Center
